Pray first and pray often
Prayer has been taught to mean asking God for something, or even having a conversation with God. While these two statements are true, they represent only a fraction of what prayer is. Prayer is to set aside dedicated time to intentionally be with God, in order to become like Him and partner with Him in the world. The practice of prayer transforms us and aligns our desires with God's, leading to peace and an understand that only comes from the Spirit. Here are some ways we practice prayer:
