Providing Care

We care about relationships, and as followers of Jesus that draws us to action. We have a wonderful Care Team that works together with our Small Groups & Ministry Teams to offer the support for people in times times of transition or challenge - relationally, physically, financially, and spiritually. There are also avenues for mentoring and coaching to help you experience the abundant life Jesus promised. While some needs exceed the capacity of our teams, it is our heart to do what we can.  Here are some details on how we provide care:

Call/Visitation Team

Call/Visitation Team

This Care Team offers relational connection and care by visiting or calling people who in who are in hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes, recovering from procedures, shut ins, or needing a personable connection. If you know someone who needs this type of care, please let us know.

Meals Team

This Care Team provides support to those who have recently had a surgery, experienced the loss of a loved one or are in a crisis and unable to provide a meal for themselves or their family. While we cannot operate as a food provision service, we want to help in season of crisis and transition. If someone you know or your need help with a week's worth of food, please let us know.

Spiritual Life Coaching

Life is hard and sometimes we feel stuck wondering if we're doing it right. Get connected with a Spiritual Life Coach to help you discover a better life. These one-on-one sessions with a Spiritual Life Coach will take you through a helpful process viewing your season through a biblical worldview. While our team are not trained counselors, they are wise and caring people who would love to listen and offer support.
